Agoria mixes Fabric 57

French techno star Agoria AKA Sebastian Devaud has mixed the next in the Fabric series to be released in mid April. Says the Infine boss; man behind a Balance mix last year and a new artist album out this month,...

“I think I’m a baby of Fabric. They were the first people to ask me to play in England. They have always supported me and I feel like they have educated me over the years. I don't know any other series that creates such a history that never tried to be opportunistic or follow trends, they are the most relevant series that I know. Most of all fabric established itself to give a real panorama of electronic music during the last ten years. So obviously to be one of those artists contributing to this panorama makes me feel honoured.”

As you'd expect of a man with such a penchant for accomplished mix CDs which go beyond the average, Fabric 57 is divided into 20 tracks, though the mix itself is much more complex than that: the first track weaves together three songs at once, and a few others are used as recurring motifs throughout the mix, including STL's "Silent State" and Lil Tony's remix of "Treehouse."
